Monitor product package changes in your Workspaces.

Overview

This template uses AI to generate summaries for your customer product package changes and keeps you updated on Slack. By tracking these customer preference shifts, you will get to analyze the performance of each product package type.

Prerequisites

We have put together a list of prerequisites that are recommended for this workflow. This will be different depending on your usage, but you can use it for reference.

• A Workspaces object chosen that includes:

  • Product Package status attribute

• Slack integration

How to use this template

Once opened, you will see a series of connecting blocks.

1. The Attribute Updated block will be activated every time you update the status attribute of your Workspace records. To make sure this is set up correctly, we will need to select the Workspaces object and the attribute used to track an account’s product package.

2. The Summarize Record block is where AI comes in. Like using ChatGPT, you simply put a prompt to generate your response. Since we are focusing on summarizing a product package change, we would tell AI what attributes to outline. As an example:

   Product Package Changed
   Write a summary in the following format:
   One short sentence summarizing how the {Record} has changed their product package from {Previous Value} to {New Value}.

3. The Post Message to Channel block sends the response AI generates to your designated Slack channel. Make sure you send the correct summary by putting the {Summary} variable for the message input.
